Boys...

Why cant I find a boy... A boy that I like, and that likes me in return.. All that I ask is that he doesnt cheat, doesnt lie and is nice to me.. A job is definite plus.. But alas - all the boys that fit that description seem to be taken, gay, or..... i dont know..
Soon, I am going to give up on boys.... and become a nun... Though, Im not sure I could handle the lifestyle.. So, the search - goes on.. Okay, Im not really "searching".. I am not actively looking for a boy.. but, to find one anyways would be nice...

I, at least, think Im a little bit cute.... and I have a kick ass personality.. why does the opposite sex not think that!!! I dont know..

Moving.. Losing a roommate...

I found out today that my roommate is moving in 2 weeks. For those of you that know me, I live in a house with Meghan and Eric. Eric would be the one that is moving. He was just offered a 2 month position in Washington State as a forest/park ranger type person (which is what he majored in). BUt, I have come to the conclusion tonight, that I am actually going to miss him. We dont spend a whole lot of time together, but when we do - we definately have a good time. He's a great person.. He hilarious, and a total "good guy" which you dont find very often. I tink our most common banter, is just ripping on each other.. Not maliciousely, but jokingly.. Its great to have somebody to do that with... And there then are the animals.. Mine and Meghan's dogs love him and are going to miss him dearly - but I think he will miss the dogs more... He never misses a chance to play with them.. Its going to be weird to live here without him... After 2 months, he may be back.. I guess that all depends on the job prospects after this one is done - whether he can find something else out there, or whether he comes back here.. I guess we will see..

I passed 8th grade math!!!!! If I didnt pass this, there would be something seriousely wrong - since i TEACH high school math!!!

Nashville...

Hi all.. i am home from Nashville.. I had fun.. Went with Monica.. We did some touristy stuff, but not a lot.. We spent a majority of our time on Broadway, which is the main road downtown that has all the bars/clubs on it. I got to see a TON on local talent.. I was amazed at the fact that all the musicians that play in the bars, play strictly for tips.. The bars that they play at pay them absolutely nothing.. They make ONLY their tips. I cant imagine our bands around here doing that. Though, I guess if you want it bad enough, you just want to get your music out there..




This is me and a monkey.. It was soooo cute... I couldnt resist getting a picture with it.. It makes me want a pet monkey.. This was one of the highlights of the trip to Nashville. I love this monkey!!! His name is Ricky! He sucked on my chin, and pulled my hair - I think he is quite the ladies man..

This is Zoey (my dog) and Kismet (my roommates dog), they are best friends.. I miss my dog.. My sister has had her while ive been gone.. I go and pick her up tomorrow...

Alright, things here havent been overly exciting in the past week or so.. I had my niece and nephew this past weekend (Friday-Monday). That was actually a lot of fun.. They are 5 and 8, which I have discovered are really good ages.. This is what we did:

• Chuck E Cheese
• Movie: Over the Hedge
• Made Dirt Cups
• Shopping
• Build-A-Bear
• Cook-Out
• Make Smores (Over the stove) because it was storming outside really bad
• Lots of playing outside with Zoey and Kismet
• and lots of little stuff.

It was a good weekend... Lots of fun, and not much down time..

Alright, Im going to cut this short - but, there will be, for sure, an update when i get back from Nashville (yep, I leave for Nashville on Thursday!)
