I was told I need to update...

Okay, so really i havent got much to say.. But, Gerry told me that i needed to update, so here I sit trying to figure out what to write.. In response - a recap of my weekend..

Friday:
Dinner with Krista and Joe
Back to Joe's house for some drinks
Out to Yesteryears to see "Left on Sunset"

Saturday:
Saw "RV"
random other stuff

Sunday:
Went to Jansen fest to see "The Toys"

Monday:
Cleaned a bit
Worked at the video store..

Thats is folks... It wasnt very exciting..

OHHH.. next weekend (on Friday), I am going to Newburg to see Chasin' Mason and The Love Monkeys.. Going with Krista and Monica.. That should be a really good time.. But Im off to find some dinner now... Are you happy now Gerry? I posted - just for you..

people who couldnt care less.

okay.. if somebody told you they couldnt care less what you wrote about on your blog.. would you feel a little hurt?? Let me rephrase that.. if your friend told you that, would you be a little hurt.. because, i think friends should care a little about what you take the effort to write down.... i know i check on their myspace to see what they are up too...

I had a friend, tell me today that he doesnt care what i write on my blog, because he couldnt care less about it.. Im not sure how to feel about that..

I, at least, would not ever tell any of my friends that... i just think that is harsh... or at least, unkind...

H-O-T and the mustang I almost bought..

I must be 1000 degrees outside... I havent been this hot since last summer.. Im glad the cold is gone, but at times like this.. I wish it were like 79-82 and not humid.. i hate the muggiess of it all..

I went to look at Mustangs yesterday.. I found this one that I really liked, and probably could have afforded, but they handle like shit!! And, we all know how well i drive.. I need a car that has good handling.. Oh well.. my car is good enough for now..

Nothing else.. Thats all for now...

10 days and counting..

Im going to admit to you, that I am counting down the days until my classes are over. Not counting today (i only have 1 more class today) I have 10 days left with the students. Then, I have 4 days of teacher in service. That leads to one day off (the 16th). Then, on the 18th I leave, along with 8 other teachers, to Colorado Springs for a teacher's convention for a week. The convention should be fun.. I like the teachers that are going, and we are done by 3:30 every day. That leaves the entire late afternoon/evening to our own devices. Mainly meaning we are going to drink it up and sight see. Definately will prove to be a good time. Interesting, for sure. Then, this summer Im going to lay low.. I have a trip to Nashville planned for a week.. I am taking Salsa lessons with 2 of the girls I work with (I am totally looking forward to that)...I will work a few hours a week at the video store yet.. And, hopefully sleep in past 6am every day... I am supposed to take a summer school class the end of July, but Im not sure if that is going to happen. I am all registered, but i havent paid tuition yet. That is still up for consideration...

Well, enough for today.. Just as an update: I still cant hear, and am still having issues with my ear. I think I will be seeing the ENT shortly.. Because this is irritating me something awful..

Another side note: The American Idol finale last night was great. I wasnt really looking forward to it. I didnt want to be bored by Ryan Seacrest say "results after this" for an hour and 55 minutes. But, the performance were really good. They had established artists singing with the final 12.. My favorite performance was Chris Daughtry singing with LIVE. That was excellent!! Past American Idols showed up - my favorite I think was Clay Aiken - that boy has changed.. I thought it was good. And congrats to Taylor Hicks - though we all knew he was going to win - thanks to www.dialidol.com. They always seemed to be right.

What?!?!

That seems to be the word of my day today.. About a week and a half ago, I started having issues with my ear. It has that plugged feeling. Well, I went to the walk in, and they thought it was because my sinuses were draining. They gave me medication. I took it, its gone, and my ear is none better. In fact, its really bad.. and my hearing is awful. I cant hear any of my students today. They have to be looking right at me, and i have to be within a 3 foot area of them in order to hear. Its getting really irritating. Plus, its the bad thing where you can hear yourself really loud, but nothing else. Thats getting old too. I just want it back to the way it was... Goodness.. Thats all Im asking for...I want my ears to feel normal, and i want to be able to hear..

This is how I am feeling today... I think after everything that has occured.. i can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.. I just hope it stays sunny...

Hoping this weekend goes well.. I am still completely exhausted. After work today im going to go home and take a serious nap. Mainly because I am going out with some people from work tonight to see a band (which should be pretty good).. Props to Gerry (I mean JT - dont ask) for landing the lead singer role of The Marshall Law Band.

Err! The pictures..

I have been trying to update my blog for the past 2 weeks now - to put up some pictures from my school's prom. Our students looked gorgeous! I hardly recognized some of them. Unfortunately, my computer always locks up in the process. . Then, that causes me to get irritated which leads to no post whatsoever. Today, i decided (after the computer locked up 2 times) that I would just post normally and for go the pictures. Maybe one day I will get them posted. We can only hope!

In other news, I have had about the worst week and a half in my life. I am not going to go into detail. All my close friends know about it, and I thank you for being there for me. I did a TON of crying and wondering what was going to happen. It was two different circumstances.. One, where I ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time.. and one deals with not wanting to take any more "unwanted" comments.. Though, both are now resolved, after a detailed investigation on both (by authority people). i think i am finally coming out of my "life is horrid" aspect of everything.. One investigation actually just ended today..

Im hoping things look up. . And I am sure they will.... My roommate is also having some "issues" of her own - hers dealing with boys and lack of commitment.. So, in the meantime, we have been enjoying the comforts of alcohol... Which at times, can make things better...
